Terms of Service for Ranksy
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Mojave, a Framer template (“Product”) created and distributed by the creator (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using Mojave, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Product.
Egibility
By using Ranksy, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding legal agreement. If you are using Mojave on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization.
License
Upon purchasing or accessing Ranksy through authorized channels, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template for personal or commercial projects in accordance with these Terms.
Permitted Uses
Use in a single Framer project (per license).
Modification of design, content, or structure to suit your own needs.
Use for client work, portfolios, landing pages, or personal websites.
Permitted Uses
Including Ranksy in public repositories or template libraries.
Using Ranksy in a way that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing Mojave or modified versions of it.
License
All rights, title, and interest in and to Ranksy, including all intellectual property rights, remain with us. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use Mojave.
